Yoga at The Living Well Studio
2018 brings not only a new Yoga timetable but a fully equipped Iyengar Yoga Studio (for those who don’t know…it means lots of props).
Yoga at The Living Well Studio is conducted by Brad Thrupp, a registered Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Kinesiologist and trained Remedial Massage Therapist. In 2018 Brad will be instructing eight timetabled Yoga classes per week.
These classes are intimate, with a maximum of six people enabling Brad to focus on each participant and their practice.
There is also an opportunity to see Brad for an initial 1:1 session to understand your Yoga practice better. You will take away valuable personal knowledge of your focus areas, goals and possible precautions for Yoga.
Brad has had a long Yoga journey and has worked through his own personal injury and pain, his dedication is obvious and technique excellent.
Brad is both technical and methodical in his cueing which creates safe Yoga sequences that are perfectly challenging. He also has a wonderful ability to read the bodies of his participants and know what they need in terms of Yoga postures as well as states of mind. This has meant that he is often the instructor of many Health Practitioners, Yoga Instructors and Yogi enthusiasts.
If you have felt intimidated by Yoga but want to start classes or if you want to improve your technique and be individually guided in your sessions these are the classes for you.
Brad is also available for Private & Semi-Private Sessions and family groups. This is a great way to progress into Yoga classes if you are needing confidence.
Cost for Yoga Classes at The Living Well Studio

Bookings are to be made through The Living Well Studio… we will soon have an online App for you to do this on but currently please call or email the studio for booking.
Cancellations can be made any time before 24 hours prior to class and a full refund will be issued.
