Nicole Quirk

Kinesiologist, Allied health Assistant, Pilates Instructor

A passionate Kinesiology and Pilates practitioner with 10 years’ experience working in Australasia, Nicole works with adults and children of all ages. She aids each of her clients to effectively overcome stress, anxiety, overwhelm and a range of mind/body issues such as learning and belief system blocks, long term unresolved health issues and their performance in multiple platforms of life. Nicole is committed to helping people experience the best version of themselves—in health, happiness and performance.

Her passion for kinesiology stems from experience, through the technique she healed own adrenal stress and improved her auditory processing centres, completely changing her experience of learning from stressful to rewarding and enjoyable.

Being a part of someone’s journey of transformation is what drives her to excel as a Kinesiologist and Pilates practitioner. She especially loves working with children, teenagers and adults to overcome their own learning challenges. Nicole regularly undertakes studies to continue to expand her already extensive knowledge base and remain abreast of the latest developments within the fields of Kinesiology and Pilates.

Nicole is a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society, is a Registered Allied Health Assistant specializing in Physiotherapy, and holds Diplomas in Polestar Pilates Education and Kinesiology, has completed the Kinesiology Leap Learning Program and is certified in Sports Kinesiology and First Aid.
