Clinical Psychologist

Kelli Travers has worked as a registered Clinical Psychologist for 17 years, working in variety of settings, including the public and private sectors, non-profit organisations and corporate sector. Kelli works with a broad range of clinical issues, with training in various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, so that she can tailor therapy to the individual’s specific needs and concerns.

Kelli is passionate about assisting individuals in making positive changes in their life by addressing unhelpful patterns, exploring internal experiences, increasing self-awareness and learning new strategies to move through life’s challenges. She believes in taking a holistic approach, as well as addressing core issues to create lasting change. Kelli provides a safe space for individuals to explore what is going on for them, and her approach is warm, compassionate and client-centred. Kelli enjoys working with individuals to explore and align with their personal values to create a life that is meaningful, joyful and fulfilling.

Kelli has been facilitating meditation, mindfulness and self-compassion workshops for many years. She has been practising mindfulness and meditation in her own life for over a decade, and she is inspired to assist individuals in cultivating mindfulness in their daily life as well as developing a more compassionate and healthy relationship with themselves. Kelli has also trained in iRest Yoga Nidra, a practice that is restful and restorative for people with stressful and busy lives.
