Indianna began exploring Pilates over 15 years ago to help heal injuries sustained from full-time dancing. This personal experience ignited a passion that led her to become a Physiotherapist and Pilates practitioner. She has been teaching clinical equipment-based and mat-style Pilates for the last ten years. After graduating from LaTrobe University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Indianna has pursued her strong interest in musculoskeletal, sports and pelvic health to take a whole-body approach to injury prevention and treatment. She worked with an AFL football team in Melbourne for three years before moving to the Gold Coast where, along with her partner Radd Peters, she saw a need for a holistic health and wellness centre and began The Living Well Studio.

Stemming from her own love of dance, Indianna has a special interest in treating dancers and gymnasts of all ages and skill level. She has pursued further education in this area and conducts dance assessments for tertiary institutions, pre pointe assessments and biomechanics assessments for the developing dancer.

Indianna also has a keen interest in treating women and men’s pelvic health and working with pre-natal and post-natal women to ensure optimal body health during and after pregnancy. She has completed a post-graduate certificate in spinal physiotherapy through manual concepts and a post-graduate certificate in pelvic floor Physiotherapy at Melbourne University and is currently completing Masters in Clinical Physiotherapy (Majoring in Continence and Women’s Health) at Curtin University.
