Amy is a dedicated physiotherapist who boasts both an extensive knowledge base in rehabilitation science and well-refined manual therapy skills. She is wholly committed to ensuring each of her clients achieves their movement goals, manage pain and injury, optimise full body functioning and realise a true sense of holistic wellbeing. Amy’s career in health and wellness began 16 years ago from her love for healthcare and helping others, with hobbies across all things fitness including running, yoga, nutrition, pilates, hiking and functional fitness training.
With a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree, as well as additional education in Pilates instruction, women’s health physiotherapy, spinal manual therapy, dry needle therapy, ultrasound assessment, pelvic assessment, yoga and personal training – Amy takes a comprehensive approach to wellness.
An area of special interest and continued development for Amy is women’s health physiotherapy, offering the required level of sensitivity and care for pre and postnatal women, bladder dysfunction, pelvic floor dysfunction and aligned areas. She has a strong belief in continued professional development and regularly hones her knowledge and skills within the Physiotherapy industry.
