Reiki is a vibrational energy technique that balances, harmonises and restores the energy systems. A non-invasive gentle touch that treats the whole person. It encompasses the body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many beneficial effects.

When one quadrant is not working sufficiently it unbalances the other three. Reiki helps to reactivate, re-balance and restore the body’s energy systems so that all four quadrants realign and start working effectively again.
