As we prepare for our upcoming closure, we’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions to assist you during this transition period.
Why is the business closing and what can we expect until then?
We’re closing at the end of March, around Easter. Until then, we will continue our usual operations, maintaining services, hours, and staff availability. This decision was made after exploring various options and thorough consideration.
What about the availability of practitioners and group exercise packs until closure?
All practitioners will be available until Easter. We are no longer offering new group exercise packs, but existing ones will be honoured until closure. Any unused credits will be refunded upon request or automatically in April.
How can clients find out about practitioners’ plans post-closure?
We have encouraged practitioners to share their contact information or future workplace details with clients. Each practitioner will inform their clients directly about their future plans. Clients can also reach out to them during their next visit for more information.
Who can I reach out to if I have more questions?
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our management staff and our practitioners. You can send us an email or give us a call and we will get back to you.
What recommendations will be provided for services after closure?
We will provide recommendations for other clinics to ensure you continue to receive the services you need. Radd, Jenna and our staff are available to answer questions or concerns.
How will existing appointments and pricing be affected?
All scheduled appointments will be honoured until we close, and our pricing will remain the same. We encourage clients to book appointments early as our schedule may fill up.
Can clients receive records of their past services or treatments?
Yes, clients can request a summary of their past services or treatments, which can be useful for their records or when seeking similar services elsewhere.
Will there be changes to the cancellation and refund policy during the final months?
Our cancellation and refund policy will remain the same until we close. We are committed to maintaining fairness and transparency during this transition.
