Our psychologist Louise Pennant has extensive experience in working with bulimia, binge eating and weight management. She recently completed her Clinical Psychology Masters Thesis on the topic of ‘The Role of Personality and Self-Compassion in Long-Term Weight Maintenance’. Interestingly, the findings from this study indicated that Self-Compassion played a role in maintaining weight loss long-term. Louise incorporates Compassion Focused Therapy into her work with eating disorders and other presenting issues.
Please call Louise if you have any questions about ways in which she may be able to assist.
