Looking for a way to boost your current exercise regime?

We are offering boutique mat work Pilates classes in our exclusive upstairs class space.

Limited to 6 people per class and priced affordably in order to increase your weekly activity outside of the reformer studio.

Mat Pilates is a series of exercises from within the Pilates Method designed specifically to be done on the floor. Classes involve using equipment such as foam rollers, ring, theraband, swiss ball and hand weights.

Exercises are performed in a slow, controlled precise manner and require your concentration. These exercise help to strengthen your body from the inside out by developing pelvic and scapular stability and abdominal control using focused breathing patterns.

In your mat Pilates session, you’ll work to improve flexibility and mobility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, back health, sports performance and body-mind awareness.

These classes can also serve you as a home exercise library for trips away!

Mat work Pilates term progresses from week 1 to week 10 so get involved from week 1 to see maximum benefit.

$175 for 10 weeks (just $17.50 a session!!!) or
$100 for 5 weeks
